At Clover-Pets, we believe all pets deserve a healthy environment, therefore we require the following vaccinations for all services:
In an effort to offer consistent group play and better manage behavioral inconsistencies all dogs beyond 1 year of age are required to be sterilized. Females younger than 1 year and are in heat will not be accepted.
Every dog that comes to Clover-Pets for daycamp or boarding is required to be dog friendly in a group environment. The first step in becoming part of the Clover-Pets family is to schedule a meet & greet. Current vaccinations are required to book.
We offer scheduled tours of our facility in conjunction with the Meet & Greet of your pet(s)! Required vaccinations must be up to date and submitted prior to scheduling. Children are not allowed in the boarding area.
Please reach us at boarding@clover-pets.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Boarding Hours
Overnight boarding clients may drop off as early as office opening hours. Boarders picking up Monday through Friday must be picked up by 1 p.m. otherwise a full day of daycamp will be charged.
Daycamp Hours
Daycamp is offered Monday through Friday only, weather permitting.
Full Day: 8 am to 5 pm
Half Day: 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm
Absolutely! We offer scheduled tours of our facility in conjunction with the Meet & Greet of your pet(s)! Drop-in tours will not be accommodated.
One must first complete a Meet and Greet to ensure that they are a good fit for services. It takes approximately 30 minutes and is conducted on-site by one of our trained professionals to include the following steps:
At least 12 weeks old and have their first round of “adult” vaccinations to ensure they have had enough time to develop a stable immune system before they are in a facility with other dogs.
When the weather is just not cooperating (rain, ice, extreme cold, etc.) and it is not safe or conducive for dogs to play, day-camp will be cancelled, and you will receive a cancellation notification. If you are unsure, please call prior to arrival.
To ensure the safety of all our guests, we require all dogs staying with us for daycamp or overnight boarding meet the following criteria:
Dogs from the same family can stay together in the same suite.
We can administer medications to your dog while they are in our care at no additional cost. All medications must be in the original prescription container, and you must sign a consent form giving us permission to administer the medication.
If your dog has something that is contagious, do not bring your dog to Clover until your veterinarian has confirmed that they are no longer a risk to other dogs. We recommend ill or special medical needs dogs to board at Veterinarian facilities.
Even though pets have rest areas available to them in our play areas, most of them choose to play for a good portion of the day, which may be more than they are used to at home.
We typically recommend bringing your dog’s food from home in pre-portioned re-sealable baggies, however, we do serve dry dog food for $2 per meal.
If we are unable to contact you, or your emergency contact, and feel your dog needs medical attention, we will transport your pet to their regular veterinarian. If your veterinarian is not near our facility, we will go to one of the local veterinarians that we know. If we believe that the situation is urgent or if your dog needs care after regular hours, we will take your pet to the closest veterinary emergency clinic.
